Apparently it was National Smother-Molluscs-in-Butter-Laden-Herb-Topping Day!


The filling on the Oysters Crackafella is panko, parmesan, parsley, fresh spinach, shallots, garlic, pepper, paprika, white wine, and lots of butter!

The Escargot was cooked in the traditional manner with a compound butter of parsley, shallots, garlic, black pepper.

I guess I was craving squishy things with butter! Yummy.
