A couple of nights ago at Dad and Joan’s house on the Willamette River I cooked a few things for dinner. Just casual food. My Dad made a beautiful salad “a la volcano” but I forgot to take a snapshot of that. The gnudi was freely adapted from an Evan Kleinman recipe.

|Homemade, hand-cut tagliatelle
with smoked duck breast & peas.
|Chicken Berlioz on a bed of melted
onions & sweet baby bell peppers.
Served with sauteed kale, broccolini &
chard with a splash of cider vinegar.
