This is my favorite local Mexican / El Salvadorean restaurant in LA. It’s a casual, popular place known mostly for their Pork Adobada, which is justly famous and featured by Guy Fieri on “Triple-D”. But when I go here for lunch (about once a month), I can’t resist their crunchy tacos, usually filled with carnitas. They are light, not remotely greasy, fresh, and pretty damn cheap.
Under $10 gets you four big, filling tacos. Washed down with a cerveza, it’s an excellent “working-man’s” lunch.
Yes, I’m an addict.
