Flan-tastic! Part 2

Little individual flans are nice too.

I’m still sorta flan-crazy at the moment. I took the recipe (see Flan-tastic!) for the flan I made a couple of days ago and made individual, baby flans for tonight. The recipe produced enough custard base for 10 small, 3-ounce flans.

The only adjustments to the recipe are the cooking vessel (I used 3-ounce ceramic ramekins) and the cooking time (35 minutes instead of 60). Otherwise the recipes are identical! Give it a try.
