Bennet is a huge fan of char sui bao and we get them whenever possible. Fluffy bun filled with sweetened Chinese barbecued pork? What’s not to love? I’ll make them at home occasionally, but we don’t hesitate to grab a four-pack at the Ranch 99 in Van Nuys when we go shopping for Asian specialty items. When they’re on sale for two-for-one we get down-right stoked!
