My friend Mitch Pender has become a grill master over the years. He absolutely killed this beer can chicken! He hacked it up for tacos with grill-roasted corn, pinto beans, tomato, onion, and excellent guacamole. He crisped up the skin in a hot skillet for chicken cracklings, with which we topped our tacos. Very good grub!
