Mighty Meaty Patty Melt

Vegetarians need not apply.

Not a recipe, per se, just a pic to keep the carnivores satisfied. Made this killer meaty patty melt with hand-ground sirloin, caramelized onion, Bavarian mustard, dill pickle, and horseradish cheddar. The country white bread was brushed with softened butter and then pan-toasted on one side in a skillet. I seasoned the patty with a mixture of fleur de sel, cracked pepper, granulated garlic, and smoked paprika. And then I cooked it rare-to-medium-rare in a smoking-hot pan in sizzling bacon fat. Pardon my French, but it was f*@king delicious!
