No recipe for you, just a pic of my lunch today! Made this super soup a couple of days ago. I didn’t measure a thing, but the ingredients are Littleneck clams, sweet Lowcountry shrimp shipped to me from South Carolina by my friend Scott, filet of Petrale sole, celery, onions, carrots, garlic, russet potato, minced bacon, canned diced tomato, sun-dried tomato paste, fresh basil, dried thyme, clam juice, white wine, homemade seafood broth, fleur de sel, white and black pepper, smoked paprika, chili flakes, a wee bit of flour, a pinch of sugar, parsley as a garnish at the end.
