| Excellent, French-style yogurt from Sonoma. |
St. Benoit is a small-batch yogurt producer based in Sonoma that uses an imported French dairy culture to make incredible organic, cream-top, fruit-on-the-bottom yogurts. The fruit jams are locally made and also organic. Flavors: honey, meyer lemon, strawberry, plum, boysenberry, and blueberry. All delicious! And I love that it comes in these cute crocks!
They are not cheap, but quality things so rarely are. You also put a deposit down on the crock, which is refunded when you return it. I’ve kept a few crocks, to make pot de creme or use as pencil caddies.
